In the Delaware County hills, on 179 acres of Catskill pasture, we practice regenerative farming the way the land intended — rotationally grazed, nutrient-dense, and unhurried. Our cattle, sheep, and goats live on rich natural grass and pasture-based systems, moving with the land through every season.
Clean meat, raised right.
We are committed to meeting Halal and Kosher standards. While we are not yet certified at launch, we are actively working toward certification and welcome inquiries from the community.
